ANG ITLOG... BOW!

As usual, I'm a week behind with my blog entry (I promise, within the week I will be posting what we did last Saturday.) Anyway, last week it was all about egg white masses. I didn't know that most of my pastry favorites (sansrival, brazo de mercedes, etc) are egg-white based. As usual, super pa-picture pa rin. hehehe. Nga pala di ko na na-label this time, tinamad ako at nakalimutan ko rin name nung iba... hihihi

Gutom na gutom na kami ni Jeca at Tracy kaya nanghingi na kami ng food sa kabilang kitchen (from the Culinary arts class). Masarap naman ang Jambalaya and pasta nila kaya nag-solo na kami dito. hehehe

I have been so busy lately that I wasn't able to post the goodies we did at our pastry class last week. So, this is another late entry. Also, I didn't take the pictures posted here. All photos are courtesy of Pia. Pang-magazine kasi camera nya kaya nahiya na akong ilabas ang aking hamak na digital cam. At napagtanto ko na mas masarap pala ang mag-pose for pic. Kaya hayan kami... super pa-picture.
