I went to my first baking class at the International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management (ISCAHM)last Friday. It was great. With a single type of dough, we were able to come up with several types of pastries and other baked goods.
These were mostly coffee shop favorites. Mahal kapag binili sa coffee shops or specialty bakeshops, kaya naaliw ako... hehe. Now I can make my own baked treats.
